How Do I Reinstate My Membership?
Any time during the billing period of your membership you can update your membership auto renew option.

However, once the billing period lapses, you account will go dormant and you will no longer have access to the benefits of Happy Neuron. If this happens and you decide you really want to keep playing or you come back from an extended leave, all your information is saved and you can resume your play by renewing your membership. Simply log into your account and you will be presented with the opportunity to Renew Your Membership. Follow the directions and you should be playing and resuming your brain fitness exercises shortly. -
Why am I not receiving my Workout Reminder emails?
Often times legitimate email can be easily blocked or recognized as junk/spam mail. Why am I seeing a charge after the 7 Day Free Trial?
